Week 15
- 15th week usually doesn’t require anything extra-ordinary just clean habits and healthy diets,
- Make sure you get your daily requirements of vitamin C, iron and proteins.
- Start giving yourself little treats like a massage or aroma therapy or warm bath. This could lift your mood.
- Spend time watching cute baby movies. It wouldn’t be the correct time to watch horror or action films. There is a possibility of affecting the child.
